Shop Drilling:

  • Cool Inserts to 7°C (45°F)
  • Place Cord Grip with installed Insert into vise
  • Cool drill with air or water while driling
  • Drill holes at a maximum of 800 rpm
  • Do not exceed a tolerance of 1mm (0.39in.)
  • Minimum clearance between holes 1mm (0.39)
