 The CONTA-CLIP stud-terminal program of the newest generation offers a safe connection for all applications that transfer energy. Depending upon conductor cross section stud-terminals with M5 to M12 screw mounting are available. The calculated current is 76 ampere to 269 ampere, with a voltage of up to 1000 V. The connection range from 0,1mm˛ to 120mm˛ offers a wide range of usage.
The cables are crimped with terminal lugs and inserted to the screw and well fixed to the terminal with the exagonal nut. A low drop of voltage and a housing made out of self-extinguishing material of the fire protection class V0 (UL 94) ensures highest security. The stud-terminals can be mounted on DIN rail TS 35 and can be adapted to the different applications with the accessories such as partition plates TW and covers AD. Apart from a user-friendly handling the products are characterised by a new cost-optimized accessories program, which cuts stocking costs and reduces assembling time.
